Our garlic and onion farms are strategically planned so that we can have fresh produce almost all year round. This technique means that we can plant different varieties in a staggered form and these will be harvested throughout the year, starting from May, so we can have fresh products for a longer period of time.

This philosophy of maintaining the quality standard of fresh produce and ensuring it reaches the customer in these optimal conditions and with the highest quality, led us to install an advanced storage system at temperatures between -2 and -4 ° C which at the right stage of the ripening stops their growth (in the case of garlic), therefore being able to keep them fresh, and retaining all their properties until the time of sale, when they return to their normal growth and conservation period. The entire storage process is controlled through three quality certifications “Global GAP, IFS and QS Quality“.
