Concerned to keep our production quality for garlic and onions at the highest level, we started a process that led us to implement the Global GAP Quality Standard, which regulates and ensures compliance by our farms with quality control measures and rules.

This is achieved by controls established for the different agricultural tasks, with the carrying out of various multi-residue analyses on soil, products and irrigation

water to ensure that the amount of plant protection product applied meets the regulations in place.

Our system also certifies the traceability of the product, providing us with information about each batch, item, pallet or box in terms of its origin, date of cultivation, corresponding analytical processes, date of packaging, etc.
